for the accommodation Das Auss.Zeit

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at the accommodation Das Auss.Zeit, operated by Auss.Zeit OG.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) in their currently valid version apply unless otherwise regulated below.

2. Conclusion of contract
The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the guest makes a booking and it is confirmed in writing (by email) by Auss.Zeit OG.
By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
An earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.

4. Prices & payment terms
All prices are in euros per apartment and stay, plus the applicable local tourist tax.
The total amount must be paid no later than upon arrival or in advance as stated in the booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation policy
Unless otherwise agreed in the booking confirmation, the following cancellation terms apply in accordance with the AGBH:
up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
in the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

6. Use of the accommodation
The apartments may only be used by the number of persons stated at the time of booking.
The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its inventory with care and to report any damage immediately.

7. Liability
Auss.Zeit OG is not liable for the loss of or damage to the guest’s belongings, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The guest is liable for any damage caused by the guest or accompanying persons.

8. Pets
Pets are not permitted.

9. No-smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.
In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee and/or compensation for damages.

10. Withdrawal by the accommodation provider
Auss.Zeit OG is entitled to withdraw from the contract for objectively justified reasons, e.g. in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Jurisdiction & applicable law
Austrian law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Lienz, unless a mandatory place of jurisdiction applies.

12. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
